For shipping your order, we charge a flat rate per order within Germany:
EUR 3.95 per DHL PAKET climate-neutral with GoGreen (free shipping from 150€)
Europe:
€5.95 (orders from €0-€50)
€14.95 (orders from €50-€100)
€17.95 (orders over €100)
International:
19,95 €
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Any flat-rate shipping costs include the statutory value-added tax.
Do I have to expect customs fees?
Some countries outside the EU may impose import duties, levies and similar customs charges on imported goods. These costs are not included in payments to us. These costs, if any, are determined and collected by the customs authorities of the respective country. For more information, please contact your local customs authority.
How long does the manufacturing and delivery time take?
All products are manufactured by us after receipt of order. the manufacturing time takes between 5-12 business days. After completing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email from us.

The delivery time for packages within Germany is:
Standard shipping: 1-3 days
The delivery time for parcels to Austria is:
Standard shipping: 2-3 days
The delivery time for parcels outside of Germany is:

Possible delays:
Please allow more time for your order to be processed if it was placed on a public holiday or during high season (Nov-Dec).
Customs and transport companies may also take additional time to further process and deliver your order. Especially during the pre-Christmas period or before certain public holidays (e.g. Valentine's Day, Easter)

Payment
With us you have the possibility to choose between the following payment options:
PayPal:
PayPal offers various payment options and insures orders up to EUR 500 - you only need a free account for this.
If you would like to pay for your order via PayPal, you will be forwarded directly and asked to log in with your account or to register again. Once that's done, all you have to do is choose the payment method you want (PayPal credit, direct debit or credit card) and confirm the payment.
KLARNA invoice & installment purchase*:
Payment by KLARNA will only be made after receipt of the goods.
KLARNA will then email you the invoice directly. You have 14 days from the date of the invoice to pay them.
In addition, with the financing service from KLARNA, you have the option of paying for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout.

You can make your payment via SOFORT Banking easily, conveniently, securely and without registering. The automatic transfer of the transfer data and the real-time transaction confirmation to the merchant enable you to have a smooth payment process and thus fast delivery.
Credit card:
We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard. Our payment provider Stripe enables the payment process to be carried out conveniently and securely directly in our check-out process. Your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order.
